Management of external platforms and utility relations * Management and supervision of user profiles on electricity distribution company platforms and official government portals. * Advanced monitoring of notifications, case files, and official communications related to permitting and grid connection points. * Proactive identification of administrative and regulatory risks arising from changes in legislation or evolving criteria applied by competent authorities. Comprehensive management of administrative guarantees * End-to-end leadership of guarantee management—including issuance, submission, tracking, and release—before various competent authorities (Regional Governments, General State Administration, distribution companies, and other public entities). * Regular and autonomous liaison with brokers, financial institutions, and public bodies to ensure adherence to deadlines, regulatory requirements, and project milestones. * Advanced tracking of credit line status and availability, anticipating risks and deviations. * Strategic management of financial guarantees across the full project lifecycle (from initial development through to RtB / COD). Cross-departmental coordination and technical leadership * Close coordination with Legal (special-purpose vehicles, corporate permits, contracts, and regulatory compliance). * Cross-functional collaboration with Development, Engineering, Grid, Finance, and Project Management teams, serving as the internal subject-matter expert on permitting matters. * Senior-level support to Project Managers in planning and executing the administrative aspects of projects. * Proposal of process improvements, standardization initiatives, and digital transformation strategies for the Permitting department. #### **Your profile** Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in permitting, development, or administrative management roles for renewable energy projects—preferably photovoltaic and wind. * Demonstrable experience in advanced administrative procedures, performance bonds, financial guarantees, and engagement with public administrations. * Academic background in Administration, Law, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience. * A Master’s degree in Renewable Energy is considered an asset. #### **About us** We are an international business group focused on renewable energy, with specialized expertise in solar photovoltaics.
