Job Summary: We are seeking a psychologist to strengthen the People and Values (HR) Department by designing and implementing personal and professional development programs, and managing talent. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implementation of personal and professional development programs 2. Facilitating workshops to improve workplace climate and emotional management 3. Talent management and conflict resolution A company based in Sant Boi requires a psychologist for its Youth Internship Program aimed at obtaining professional practice experience. Candidate Requirements: • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, obtained within the last 3 years (or 5 years for persons with disabilities). This qualification must be included in the unemployment registration. • Age: 18–29 years • Be registered as a jobseeker with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia • Be registered in the National Youth Guarantee System’s registry as a beneficiary Contract Terms: • Temporary contract / Full-time position • Salary: €1,900 gross per month, paid in 14 installments • Working hours: 8:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break) We seek a professional to reinforce the People and Values (HR) Department with the following responsibilities: • Design and implement personal and professional development programs • Develop training plans • Facilitate workshops and activities aimed at improving workplace climate and emotional management • Talent management and conflict resolution • Update job description documents • Performance evaluation Bachelor’s degree title – Psychology * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €1,900
