Collaborates in the supervision of personnel and dispatches. \*ACCESS CONTROL ASSISTANT\* A company with over 28 years of experience, specializing in providing solutions for managing operational and documental processes within leading organizations in the banking, insurance, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical sectors, is currently seeking an Access Control Assistant meeting the following criteria: Education: Student or graduate of technical programs. Responsibilities: \- Verify and manage who enters and exits the PAINPE premises. \- Verify credentials and identities to ensure only authorized individuals gain access to facilities. \- Prevent unauthorized or unregistered individuals from entering, minimizing security risks. \- Monitor the environment and prevent illicit or suspicious behavior, contributing to the safety and peace of mind of those present. \- Prevent theft of intellectual property, confidential data, or physical assets located on-site. \- Ensure adherence to established security policies, acting according to internal site procedures. \- Record vehicle entries for loading/unloading and incidents involving visitors and dispatches for reporting to supervisors. \- Register the departure manifest for each mobile dispatch unit, including invoice and waybill data. \- Inspect outgoing vehicles to confirm alignment with the dispatch departure manifest. \- Report to the Human Resources Department and user departments all incidents of employee or third-party tardiness, enabling disciplinary measures per the company's Internal Work Regulations. \- Supervise compliance with operational staff attendance marking requirements (marking performed while wearing uniforms and personal protective equipment). \- Coordinate and execute collection of dispatches delivered to the warehouse and transferred to the Control Booth area; for high-volume dispatches, coordination will be carried out with the warehouse team within Occupational Safety and Health (SST) regulatory parameters. \- Responsible for delivering scheduled warehouse dispatches for the day, coordinated with the Commercial and Warehouse Departments. \- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor related to this position. \- Fulfill other functions assigned by immediate supervisor relevant to the nature of the position. \- Comply with the organization's Integrated Management System (SIG). \- Comply with the organization's Internal Regulations.
