Description
Medical personnel are required to cover the Primary Care Emergency Service (SUAP) in Vélez\-Málaga. Duties include assessing and triaging patients with urgent conditions, completing clinical histories and physical examinations, diagnosing and treating time-sensitive pathologies, managing life-threatening emergencies such as cardiac or respiratory arrest, myocardial infarction, or stroke, and interpreting diagnostic tests such as electrocardiograms or laboratory analyses. Medication administration, immobilization procedures, patient stabilization for hospital transfer, and provision of home-based emergency care when necessary are also required. Coordination with emergency services, hospitals, and primary care is essential, as is preparation of clinical reports, prescriptions, and death certificates.
A part-time interim contract is offered, with a monthly workload of 72 hours. Shifts rotate among morning (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.), afternoon (3 p.m. to 10 p.m.), and night (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.). The fixed monthly salary is 1625 euros, with a schedule allowing some flexibility.
