In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls from existing customers, as well as the chat solution. You will assist customers with inquiries regarding orders and products in a way that helps us achieve our goals. You will work from our new and spacious premises in Benalmádena\-Málaga, where you will become part of the Concentrix family.
