We look beyond conventional boundaries and break barriers to set new standards for our industry, our clients, our communities, and ourselves. ***What Are We Looking For?*** We are seeking to hire a sushi chef for one of our restaurants. **Responsibilities** \- Preparation of dishes, maintaining absolute control over a wide variety of raw fish and other ingredients, meticulously attending to plating presentation while adhering to established quality standards. \- Ensuring appropriate preparation, taking into account food allergies and special requests. \- Maintaining hygiene principles throughout the entire kitchen area. \- Recommending new recipes to adapt the point-of-sale menu. \- Contributing to establishing the restaurant’s reputation as one of the area’s top sushi destinations, thereby increasing customer base. **Requirements** \- Experience as a sushiman in a Japanese restaurant. \- Knowledge of various types of sushi and their preparation techniques. \- Ability to work quickly and precisely. \- Teamwork skills. \- Availability to work on weekends, during opening shifts, and nights. \- Flexibility to work rotating shifts. ***What Benefits Do We Offer?*** \- Full-time, intermittent permanent contract. \- 25% discount at our establishments. \- Reduced rates at Higuerón SportClub, our fitness and wellness center spanning over 700 m2\.
