Microinformatics Technician and ERP Support Specialist Job Description We are seeking a Microinformatics Technician and ERP Support Specialist to support the company's IT infrastructure and collaborate on maintaining and evolving our ERP system. The selected candidate will combine user support tasks, basic system administration, and ERP-related incident resolution, while also participating in internal process improvements. Responsibilities On-site and remote technical support for users. Installation and configuration of computers, printers, and devices. Basic administration of Windows and Microsoft 365\. Resolution of ERP-related incidents. Development of SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis. Maintenance of ERP users, permissions, and configurations. Documentation of procedures and incidents. Coordination with software and hardware vendors. Requirements Higher Vocational Training degree in ASIR, DAM, DAW, or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in IT support. Knowledge of Windows and network administration. SQL proficiency at the query level. Familiarity with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP Business One, Business Central, Sage, Odoo, or similar). Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or similar). Ability to learn quickly, organize effectively, and focus on user needs.
