We seek to welcome into our team a dynamic, organized individual with a genuine passion for hospitality—someone who enjoys crafting memorable guest experiences and who also has an interest in the digital environment and online communication. Professional Profile Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Prior experience in hotel reception or customer service (preferred). Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management. Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused attitude. Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments. Main Responsibilities Providing personalized guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. Managing reservations, handling telephone calls, and responding to emails. Billing, collections, and other administrative tasks associated with the role. Supporting the hotel’s digital presence: creating and publishing social media content, assisting with online campaigns, and maintaining brand image.
