The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and monitoring the training, aimed at improving learners’ employability and facilitating their labor market insertion. Responsibilities: * Delivery of theoretical and practical Warehouse Assistant training. * Preparation of adapted teaching content and materials for the group. * Attendance tracking and individual learner monitoring. * Assessment of learning outcomes and preparation of reports. * Coordination with the project’s technical team (guidance and labor market insertion). * Support in enhancing learners’ employability. Requirements: * Qualification related to logistics, warehousing, commerce, or similar fields. * Prior experience delivering employment-oriented training. * Professional experience in the logistics/warehousing sector. * Pedagogical competencies and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with vulnerable groups. * Knowledge of labor market insertion programs. * Training in occupational risk prevention and forklift operation.
