Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge to handle facility opening and closing, user assistance, access control, incident management, and general maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Basic office software skills—such as word processing and email handling—are essential. Previous experience in similar roles is also valued, as it will help you adapt more effectively to daily tasks. Main responsibilities include facility opening and closing, assisting and supporting facility users, access control, and managing minor incidents that may arise. The role also involves general space maintenance and using IT tools for record-keeping and internal communications. A full-time schedule is offered from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The contract type is temporary, with an initial duration of one month.
