It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 75 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, with continued expansion. CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS is looking for a young professional to join the Molina Lario Hotel team in central Málaga as 2nd Maître. The main responsibilities include: • Lead, plan, and execute all activities within the assigned department. • Responsible for delivering professional, high-quality, and efficient service to guests. • Knowledgeable about and able to advise on various food and wine menu items. • Responsible for greeting, escorting, and assigning tables to guests. • Collect guest satisfaction feedback during service. • Supervise the setup and restocking of meeting rooms or other event spaces. • Maintain restaurant/bar areas in perfect condition. ### **Requirements** • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a waiter in events and à la carte service. • Advanced English \+ Other languages desirable • Outgoing personality, strong customer service orientation, and professional appearance. Dynamic and organized individual. • Customer-focused attitude and positive mindset. • Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team. • Education in hospitality. ### **Offer** • 40-hour weekly contract, afternoon shifts. • Competitive salary. • Young and dynamic work environment.
