At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a **Utilities Engineer** to join one of our **Pharma**-sector projects. **What will you do on the project?** * Design and review **PFDs and P&IDs** for clean and non-clean utility systems. * Develop **URS, specifications, and data sheets** for utility equipment. * Perform **sizing calculations** (flow rates, thermal loads, consumption). * Integrate utilities with **biotech processes, HVAC, mechanical systems, and layout**. * Coordinate equipment and routing implementation in **3D models**. * Identify and define requirements for **WFI, PW, clean steam, gases, compressed air, and refrigeration**. * Participate in **3D Model Review, HAZOP, and DQ**. * Interact with **suppliers**, and provide ad-hoc technical support during **FAT/SAT**. Job Description – Grade Specific**Requirements** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in utilities engineering within pharma/biotech or regulated environments. * Compressed air, clean/non-clean steam, PW/WFI water systems. * Refrigeration: chillers, cooling towers, free cooling. * **PFD/P&ID** design, balances, and equipment lists. * Knowledge of **CIP/SIP**, cleanroom integration, and hygienic design. * Familiarity with **GMP** and ISPE guidelines (basic/intermediate level). * **English B2**.
