Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure the proper functioning of the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and technical services, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel 2. Coordinate and lead the maintenance team 3. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations We are looking for a **Maintenance Manager** to join our hotel, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of facilities, equipment, and technical services, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Main Responsibilities * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel * Manage technical faults and incidents * Coordinate and lead the maintenance team * Oversee external suppliers and service providers * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations * Optimize energy consumption and maintenance costs * Plan periodic inspections of facilities (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) Requirements * Prior experience in a similar role (preferably in hotels) * Technical knowledge in: * Electricity * HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) * Plumbing * Fire protection systems * Leadership and team management skills * Problem-solving ability * Technical education preferred (Vocational Training, Engineering, or equivalent) * Flexible working hours Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the hospitality sector * Knowledge of energy efficiency * Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS/GMAO) * Basic English proficiency Offer * Opportunity to join an established company * Permanent contract * Competitive salary based on experience * Positive work environment * Professional development opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €27,000.00–€28,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site
