We show it to you here in this video: **Responsibilities and Mission** The **Store Customer Relationship Coordinator** is responsible for ensuring the best customer experience before, during, and after their store visit—both at checkout and across all existing communication channels—by leveraging knowledge of, and making available, a comprehensive portfolio of high-level personalized services defined by the Services Directorate. They know the details of each service and promote its usage, working toward objectives set forth in the action plan established by the Customer Relationship Leader (CRL). They maintain continuous contact with customers, allowing them to identify key areas for improvement. Together with the CRL, they propose action plans to the rest of the store team. They are responsible for planning and organizing the daily activities of the Customer Relationship team based on store operational needs and customer flow. They also drive the various in-store payment services, supporting customer autonomy while aligning with company-wide strategy and ensuring agile customer billing. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinates the team to ensure excellent welcoming of customers upon entering the store through initial contact, guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience. * Listens to customer needs using available tools at any given time—such as NPS, GMB, and RCO—and jointly proposes, with the CRL, action plans to address identified needs. * Supports the CRL in organizing the team to conduct regular exit surveys without purchase, and—wherever possible—provides real-time solutions to customers. * Assists the CRL in tracking action plans derived from exit surveys without purchase. **Demonstrable Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years’ prior professional experience is required. * Good proficiency in office productivity tools. **What We Offer?** **Our Purpose** ===================== At Leroy Merlin, our purpose gives meaning to who we are and everything we do—a guiding principle representing our commitment to you and to the planet.
