Development of skills in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis At Yurest, we are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our data department — a technically grounded profile with strong motivation to learn and grow in the field of data applied to the hospitality industry. Your mission will be to convert data into clear and actionable information. You will work with real data, organize and analyze it using Excel and Power BI, and help create reports and dashboards that support business decisions. Additionally, you will support various teams, acting as the liaison between data and what the business needs to know. Profile * Hold an Advanced Vocational Training Diploma (FP Superior) or University Degree (Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field) * Prior experience in similar roles and participation in the Youth Guarantee Program will be valued. * Excellent communication skills in Spanish; professional-level English is desirable. * Immediate availability. Technical Requirements (Mandatory) * Power BI or similar tools * Advanced Excel * Ability to interpret data and present conclusions * Organized and analytical mindset Responsibilities * Creation of reports and dashboards in Power BI * Data analysis and visualization to support business decisions * Definition and monitoring of KPIs * Data processing and preparation using Excel and Power Query * Support in data analysis and documentation tasks Desirable * Basic SQL knowledge * Python * Interest in automation and advanced analytics What We Offer * Permanent contract * Full-time, on-site position * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 * 1-hour lunch break (lunch included) * Salary: €19,000 gross/year or according to qualifications An ideal position to begin your career in business-oriented data, with real training and growth opportunities.
