At Grupo Marco, we are continuously growing and currently need to incorporate into our Alvipre Factory, S.L. manufacturing facility **a Structural Assembly Operator**. Monzón **What will your responsibilities be?** * Blueprint interpretation. * Preparation of work areas. * Assembly of beams or other prefabricated concrete elements. * Work at height. * Adjustment, alignment, and verification of assembled components. * Quality control and final inspection. * Strict compliance with safety regulations. * Collaboration with other operators and trades. **Job Requirements:** * Basic education (Compulsory Secondary Education or equivalent). * Relevant vocational training. (Preferred: Vocational Training in Construction, Mechanical Manufacturing, Welding and Boiler Making, Industrial Maintenance, or Metal Structure Assembly). * Mandatory certifications: 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course, training in work at height, and training in operating elevated work platforms. * Highly valued certifications: Crane (bridge or mobile) operation certificate; Signaller course; Welder’s license. * Knowledge of masonry, formwork, or rebar work will be considered as an advantage. * Prior experience in metal structure assembly, industrial buildings, or heavy construction. * Ability to work at height and in controlled-risk environments. + Capacity to work collaboratively with crane operators, welders, and supervisors. **What can you expect if you join us?** Your contract will be indefinite from day one, full-time, Monday to Friday. **Competitive economic conditions:** We offer a competitive remuneration package, with a market-aligned salary adjusted to your experience and professional profile. **Professional development and training plan:** We’ll walk this path together—you set the pace, and we’ll provide the tools.
