Continuous training in safety techniques and standards is provided. The position requires a proactive individual capable of working in a team and following precise instructions, contributing to daily operations. A Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced Vocational Training qualification related to Welding is required. Prior experience of at least one year in industrial environments is preferred. Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation is considered a plus. Strong motivation and learning ability are essential.
