Here, you will not only provide support—you will also contribute expertise, technical judgment, and organizational capability within a solid team where service quality forms the foundation of our work. **What We Expect From You:** * Proven experience of at least 3 years in first-level technical support and basic systems administration. * Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 helpdesk. * Experience managing Linux hosting (without control panels), email services, and domains. * Ability to diagnose, resolve, and track technical incidents swiftly and effectively. * Experience with ticketing tools, remote management tools, and organized work methodologies is desirable. * A valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience is desirable. * Residency in the Calahorra or Logroño area is desirable. * Interest or experience using AI to improve processes is desirable.
