Tasks include educating and caring for minors according to the educational project and current regulations, as well as facilitating compliance with coexistence rules. Responsibility also includes making necessary decisions in the absence of the immediate supervisor. Working hours are on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), Monday through Sunday, with rest periods established by law. The position is full-time. The initial contract is temporary for 3 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** University degree in Education or Social Work.
