CEBB Cableados, a company specializing in the manufacture of electrical wiring harnesses for various industrial sectors, is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance management at its production plant. We seek a candidate with strong technical vision and the ability to ensure facility reliability and contribute to continuous production improvement. **What will be your mission?** * You will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of facilities, production machinery, and tooling, thereby supporting industrial efficiency and operational continuity. * You will be part of the management team, reporting directly to the company’s executive management. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Manage overall maintenance of facilities, machinery, fixtures, and tools. * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Diagnose equipment failures and participate in machine commissioning and fine-tuning. * Collaborate with the R\+D Department on the design, improvement, and maintenance of fixtures. * Identify technical improvement opportunities and equipment optimization initiatives. * Coordinate interventions with external suppliers or technical service providers when necessary. * Contribute to maintaining high standards of safety and reliability on-site. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. * B2 level English proficiency is desirable. * Prior experience is not required, as the selected candidate will receive training to become the Maintenance Director; however, relevant experience will be viewed favorably. * Proactive individual eager to learn. * **Residence within 25 km of Peralta is mandatory.** **What do we offer?** * Joining an established industrial company. * Direct participation in the technical management of the plant. * A position with autonomy and responsibility within the management team. * A stable project with opportunities for professional development. * Permanent contract. * Morning shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. * Remuneration: €35,000 gross annual salary – Potential for growth based on achievement of objectives/results. * Start date: 2026-05-31.
