This could be your chance! Our company is recruiting a **Purchasing and Logistics Administrator** to join a company located in Peralta (Navarre). Incorporation will be immediate, as a prior training and learning period for the role’s specific functions is required. As a **Purchasing and Logistics Administrator**, you will support the purchasing, procurement, and transportation department, actively collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and various internal departments. **Main Responsibilities of the Purchasing and Logistics Administrator Position:** * Entry, management, control, and archiving of delivery notes. * Contact with suppliers (by phone and email) for claims handling and order tracking. * Sending orders and confirmations. * Communication with planning and department heads regarding delivery incidents. * Coordination of transportation: managing shipments and pickups of production materials. * Direct interaction with carriers and generation of shipping labels via transportation applications. * Price negotiation with suppliers (raw materials, services, and transportation). * Management of procurement for part of the raw materials. * Preparation and monitoring of internal performance indicators for the purchasing and logistics department. **What We Offer:** * Temporary contract for substitution. * Immediate incorporation. * Initial training provided by the company. * Full-time schedule. * Working hours: * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:00 (with 1 hour for lunch). * Friday: 08:00–15:00. * Salary according to Group 3. * Positive work environment and team support throughout the learning process.
