Job Summary: We are seeking a laboratory professional for physicochemical and stability analyses, ensuring compliance with specifications and product traceability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducting physicochemical and stability analyses. 2. Managing deviations and non-conformities to ensure product safety. 3. Supervising factory records and batch traceability. In Villafranca, we are seeking a laboratory professional. Main responsibilities will include performing physicochemical and stability analyses, as well as managing the resulting data to ensure both the process and final product comply with established specifications. Special attention must be paid to managing any process or specification deviations, non-conformities, and situations that could pose a risk to product safety or traceability. Factory records will also be supervised to ensure proper completion and archiving, thereby guaranteeing efficient information retrieval. Batch traceability, compliance with specifications for manufactured products, and accuracy of all generated data will be ensured. In addition, adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations will be guaranteed. Working hours will be full-time, on morning shifts (06:00–14:00) or afternoon shifts (14:00–22:00). The contract will be temporary, initially for 3 months, extendable by another 3 months. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** * Secondary or higher education in sciences, vocational training level II, etc. * Knowledge of quality management, analytical techniques, and standards. * Knowledge of occupational safety and food safety. * Basic computer skills. * Organizational ability. * Knowledge of fraud prevention. * Interpersonal skills.
