Currently, we are looking for a FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT – SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE profile to join our Functional team in La Rioja. Requirements: * Education: Higher Vocational Training, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or related field in Healthcare. * Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the Healthcare sector. * Motivation and interest in the healthcare industry. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Methodical and analytical skills. * Communication skills at different levels (medical staff, nurses, department heads, and/or management). * Knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL. Desirable: * Experience in designing and defining hospital workflows/processes, as well as configuring and implementing these workflows within hospital information systems (HPHIS, HCIS, Casiopea, Selene, etc). * Knowledge of reporting tools. * Programming knowledge in Java. Responsibilities: * Gathering requirements, designing and defining hospital workflows/processes. * Configuring and implementing these workflows in CGM Selene EHR. * Support and maintenance of CGM Selene EHR - Incident management and resolution. * Liaising with end users of CGM Selene EHR.
