Position Summary: Teacher to deliver the course "Open Classroom I" to students with physical disabilities, focusing on general education, key competencies, and digital initiation. Key Highlights: 1. Planning, delivering, and assessing curriculum content for 1st and 2nd year of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). 3. Providing individualized educational support and basic digital literacy training. Nascor Social Services is recruiting a **teacher** to deliver the course **"Open Classroom I"**, aimed at students with physical disabilities undergoing training and vocational guidance for labor market integration. The "Open Classroom I" program aims to **provide foundational knowledge in general education, key competencies, and digital initiation**, promoting autonomy, social inclusion, and employment readiness. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing training content equivalent to **Compulsory Secondary Education (1st and 2nd year ESO)**. **Main Responsibilities** * Delivering educational support classes aligned with **Compulsory Secondary Education (1st and 2nd year ESO)**. * Applying active methodologies in the areas of **language development and basic calculation**. * Providing individualized support to students facing difficulties in expression, reasoning, or study skills. * Delivering **basic computer and digital competency training** (Office 365, safe internet browsing, information searching, computational thinking). * Developing teaching materials and performing tasks related to **curriculum planning, tutoring, assessment, and pedagogical coordination**. **Requirements** * **Qualification:** Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Primary Education Teaching** or equivalent. * **Accredited pedagogical competence**, as stipulated by current educational regulations. * **Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses**. * Experience in **teaching individuals with disabilities**, or in special education and adult education contexts. * Basic knowledge of computer tools and office software (Microsoft Office, internet navigation, email). **Desirable** * Proven experience in **managing and organizing similar training courses**. * Training in inclusive education, diversity-responsive teaching, and active methodologies. * Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and an educational vocation.
