Nascor Servicios Sociales is selecting a **teacher** to deliver the course **"Aula Abierta I"**, aimed at students with physical disabilities undergoing training and guidance for labor market integration. The "Aula Abierta I" program aims to **provide basic general education knowledge, key competences, and digital initiation**, promoting autonomy, social inclusion, and employment preparation. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating training content at levels equivalent to **Compulsory Secondary Education (1st and 2nd ESO)**. **Main responsibilities** * Deliver educational support classes at the level of **Compulsory Secondary Education (1st and 2nd ESO)**. * Apply active methodologies in the areas of **language development and basic calculation**. * Provide individualized support to students with difficulties in expression, reasoning, or study skills. * Deliver **basic computer training and digital competences** (Office 365, safe browsing, information searching, computational thinking). * Develop teaching materials and carry out tasks related to **curriculum planning, tutoring, assessment, and pedagogical coordination**. **Requirements** * **Qualification:** Diploma or Degree in **Primary Education Teaching** or equivalent. * **Accredited pedagogical competence**, according to current educational regulations. * **Negative certificate regarding sexual offenses**. * Experience in **teaching individuals with disabilities** or in special education and adult education settings. * Basic knowledge of computer tools and office software (Microsoft Office, internet navigation, email). **Desirable** * Proven experience in **managing and organizing similar training courses**. * Training in inclusive education, diversity support, and active methodologies. * Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and a vocation for education.
