Position Summary: We are looking for a cook for our hotel The Hoxton, Poblenou in Barcelona, with a passion for hospitality, fresh ingredients, and a collaborative approach in the kitchen. Work in a supportive and fun team **Company Description** The Hoxton, Poblenou is located in Barcelona and is our 11th Hoxton hotel. The hotel features 240 rooms of various sizes, a large restaurant Four Corners with The Slice Shop and the Bodega, the rooftop taqueria Tope with pool, a vast event space in the basement, and The Apartment (our exclusive meetings and events concept). **Job Description** What you’ll do… * Assist in the pre-preparation of food and dish preparation according to each restaurant’s menu. * Carry out cleaning activities as assigned per area. * Collaborate on ordering and storage of raw materials and kitchen supplies. * Prepare, cook, and present culinary items. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. * Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu and menu planning. * Monitor and ensure proper storage and utilization of products. **Requirements** What we’re looking for… * Individuals.
