In collaboration with their supervisor, they will ensure compliance with Company policies in the areas of production, occupational health and safety, quality, environment, and operational excellence. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform the various analyses established in the laboratory (grapes, winemaking, cellar, packaging, oenology, wastewater treatment, etc.). * Verify the proper functioning of laboratory equipment and instruments (such as atomic absorption, chromatography, infrared, among others) to ensure accuracy of analytical results. * Ensure correctness and reliability of recorded data. * Know and apply established protocols for validation of different processes, such as line start-ups for packaging and reception of grapes and wine. * Learn and implement new analytical techniques and methods that improve laboratory activities. * Comply with the annual laboratory calibration plan. * Actively participate in interlaboratory comparison tests in which the laboratory is involved. * Properly manage waste generated during laboratory activities, respecting environmental regulations. * Comply with QSE system requirements, actively participating in action plans, audits, and other continuous improvement initiatives. * Contribute to the implementation and consolidation of initiatives arising from the Operational Excellence Project (PMP) within the laboratory. * Promote awareness on Energy Management topics, and comply with food safety, quality, and environmental procedures. * Respect and apply established occupational health and safety regulations. * Maintain a clean, organized, and optimal working environment. * Use assigned equipment and supplies responsibly and efficiently. * Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the QSE (Quality, Safety, and Environment) system and in the development of Operational Excellence. **Profile:** Essential: * Intermediate Technical Qualification in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or related fields. * 1 year of laboratory experience Desirable: * Training in Food Safety, Food Handling, and Hygiene. * Proficiency in Office/Windows at user level. * Intermediate English language skills Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site
