**Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- * Diploma or degree in Social Education, preferably, and/or qualification at diploma or degree level within the socio-educational field. * Possession of a certificate of absence of criminal records of a sexual nature. * Applications from candidates of the underrepresented gender will be given preferential consideration. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ * Immediate availability will be valued. * Experience in educational settings is desirable. **Job Position:** ---------------------- Among other duties, the position requires the following functions: * Conduct, together with the social worker and psychologist, an assessment of the family unit of the minor. * Develop, together with the rest of the team, the Project of Priority Intervention Objectives (POPI) for each minor and implement it, as well as ensure individualized attention for each assigned child or adolescent, creating a supportive environment with each of them. * Provide guidance and support to families focused on promoting/training in positive parenting, shared responsibility, and positive parenting practices, encouraging positive learning methods, and eliminating punishment and physical or psychological violence within the family setting, paying special attention to families where violence exists or has existed. This intervention will continue for as long as the minor remains in the service. * Ensure adequate coverage of all basic needs of the minors in care, whether health-related, emotional, educational, or related to leisure and free time. * Create in the apartments a suitable developmental environment across all areas. * Communicate internal rules and regulations, establish necessary boundaries for the proper functioning of the service, and present appropriate behavioral models. * Convey inclusive social norms; assist in channeling impulses, listening, and appropriately resolving conflicts on a case-by-case basis. * Provide support in all daily life activities. * Respond to any emergencies or incidents occurring to the minors during their shift. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Permanent **Working Hours:** ------------ * Full-time **Work Schedule:** -------------------- * Full working day. * Rotating shifts. **Minimum Education:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- * Salary according to collective agreement.
