Job Requirements **Education** * Education in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Systems, Networks, or similar (Vocational Training, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience). * Technical certifications (desirable): Cisco, Mikrotik, CompTIA, Microsoft, etc. **Technical Knowledge** * Installation and maintenance of computer equipment. * Configuration and administration of networks (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi). * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux; macOS desirable). * Configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls. * Technical support to users (on\-site and remote). * Basic knowledge of structured cabling and telecommunications. * Basic cybersecurity (backups, antivirus, access control). **Experience** * Previous experience in a similar position (1–3 years, depending on your needs). * Experience resolving technical incidents. **Skills** * Analytical ability and problem\-solving skills. * Good interpersonal skills with customers or users. * Teamwork and autonomy. * Organization and responsibility. **Other** * Driver’s license (if travel is required). * Availability for working hours (if applicable).
