Country Spain Province Algeciras \- Cádiz Application Deadline 16/05/2026 Category Direct Support, Project Management **NGO Information** Moroccan Association for Immigrant Integration **Rating** (1 rating) **info** Response rate: 79.96% **info** **Objective** ------------ **Moroccan-Spanish Association for Immigrant Integration** The Moroccan-Spanish Association has opened a selection process to hire a Project Technician at its Málaga office, within programs aimed at supporting and integrating migrant populations. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of social projects. * Preparation of technical reports and activity justification. * Direct support to beneficiaries and coordination of integration pathways. * Coordination with public administrations, social entities, and other local resources. * Organization of workshops, training activities, and community events. * Data collection, report writing, and results evaluation. * Teamwork with the organization’s technical staff and volunteers. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * University degree in social fields (Social Work, Social Education, Sociology, Psychology, or related disciplines). * Experience in managing or implementing social intervention projects. * Knowledge of migrant communities and intercultural work. * Ability to draft reports and use computer tools. * Communication skills and ability to work in teams. **Desirable** * Knowledge of Arabic and/or French. * Prior experience in third-sector organizations. * Additional training in intercultural mediation or project management. **Working Conditions** * Working hours: 30 hours per week (on-site). * Gross monthly salary: Group 1 – 1\.674,69 €. * Workplace: Algeciras. * Start date according to project needs. **Profile:** **Mandatory** * University degree in social fields (Social Work, Social Education, Sociology, Psychology, or related disciplines). * Experience in managing or implementing social intervention projects. * Knowledge of migrant communities and intercultural work. * Ability to draft reports and use computer tools. * Communication skills and ability to work in teams. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Capacity for learning, Leadership ability, Teamwork, Diplomacy and interpersonal awareness **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** 6 months to 1 year **Salary:** Between 18\.001 and 24\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 16/02/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 7
