Job Summary: Ingeteam is seeking a New Developments Purchasing Manager to lead industrialization processes, coordinate the purchasing strategy, and ensure operational requirements are met prior to series production. Negotiation of commercial terms and supplier validation **Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking for a **New Developments Purchasing Manager** for its facilities in **Sarriguren (Navarra)**. **Mission** The selected candidate will participate in all industrialization processes, coordinating with various Commodities to ensure that purchasing strategies and plant operational requirements are covered before a product enters series production. They will ensure implementation of the industrialization procedure regarding costs and delivery timelines for both direct and indirect materials related to investments. **Responsibilities** * Manage and update the supplier panel in coordination with Development Engineering, the Plant, and other Commodities. * Ensure timely validation of new suppliers in collaboration with Commodities. * Ensure supplier commercial proposals meet the commercial objectives of new projects. * Obtain annual or specific requirements from all Business Units through the industrialization procedure. * Negotiate commercial terms. * Obtain and validate initial quotations for all components defined by R\+D, in coordination with Commodities. * Negotiate conditions for investments required for a new project: * At component level, through negotiation of material quotations (suppliers’ production tooling). * At plant investment level, for facility adaptation to manufacture a new project. * Communicate the allocation of requirements to validated suppliers, in coordination with Commodities. * Support Plants in resolving issues prior to series production. * Support R\+D and Engineering teams in resolving issues prior to series production. * Coordinate with Business Unit stakeholders on cost information (actual and target) for materials and fulfillment of requirements. **Minimum Requirements:** * Technical degree in Industrial Organization or equivalent, with strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and project management. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in English, spoken and written, with negotiation competencies (C1 level). * Full availability for travel.
