At our company, specialized in industrial recycling and waste treatment, we are seeking a **Welding Mechanic** to join our team. We work with technical systems such as bag openers, conveyor belts, and metal structures. **What will you do daily?** * Perform mechanical maintenance and welding on industrial machinery. * Inspect and repair metal structures and mechanical components. * Assist in the adjustment and assembly of mechanical and welded parts. * Interpret basic technical drawings and schematics. * Participate in occasional travel (e.g., to Valencia). * Perform work at height when required. Approximately 50% of the time will be spent in workshops and the other 50% in recycling plants. You will not have direct contact with waste, although odors from machinery used on-site may occasionally be present. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a welding mechanic or in similar roles. * Technical knowledge in welding and mechanical maintenance. * Ability to interpret basic drawings and schematics. * Sufficient Spanish language proficiency for workplace communication. * Valid Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training: minimum 20 hours for the metal sector or 60 hours of basic training (if you do not yet hold this certification, we will consider supporting your completion of it). * Availability to start immediately. * Personal vehicle is not mandatory but recommended for accessing the workplace (located in Arganda del Rey). **Working Conditions** * Contract type: To be determined during the interview. * Full-time schedule: 7:00–17:00. * Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays according to rotation). * Overtime compensated separately beyond 40 weekly hours; weekend pay supplements apply: * **Saturdays:** €18/hour * **Sundays:** €20/hour * Excellent working environment, established technical team, and continuous learning.
