Key responsibilities include: Organizing daily operations by monitoring and improving the production process. Supervising production planning. Leading and managing human capital. Using key performance indicators to support decision-making. Optimizing the warehouse management system. Minimizing production losses. Monitoring timelines and productivity. Leading transformation initiatives in production areas. Negotiating purchases of components. WE SEEK: A professional profile with an engineering degree or equivalent, highly engaged and closely involved with the production process. Approximately 5\-7 years of experience in similar roles within small or medium-sized plants. Good command of English. A dynamic professional, results-oriented, with high flexibility and initiative, as well as strong organizational, planning, and proactive problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ease of communication and idea transmission, as well as the ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
