For the Line Supervisor role, responsibilities include ensuring line operation, supervising quality and safety, coordinating manufacturing orders, managing the operating system, and controlling traceability. Incidents must be identified and resolved, manual line adjustments performed, preventive and corrective maintenance carried out on machinery, and the work team supervised while maintaining a clean and orderly area. For the Press Operator role, main duties include ensuring proper operation of the assigned press, meeting production and quality targets, adjusting the machine, performing basic maintenance, and resolving breakdowns. Production indicators are monitored, pallets are built according to specifications, and final product quality is inspected. Both positions require prior training and experience in industrial environments. **For Line Supervisor:** Training in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. For Press Operator: Vocational Training (FP) in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in industrial environments.
