If this sounds like you, we would love to speak with you. **Job Responsibilities** * Comply with Essity safety standards. * Ensure product quality meets specifications through periodic testing. * Ensure non-conforming products are rejected or blocked. * Execute various standards generated within the unit via DDS: SOP, CIL, Centerlining, specifications, execution of preventive orders (SAP), etc. * Provide support functions in the paper manufacturing process according to established standards. * Actively supervise and collaborate during grade changes, maintenance, testing, and other technical activities. * Maintain proper communication during shift handover (previous and next shift). * Maintain and optimize order and cleanliness in your work area. * Participate in the input and reporting of data generated during production. * Work in accordance with personnel development programs (121\). **Who You Are** * Education level: Technical training preferred * Proven experience as an Operator on roll lines * Results-oriented in continuous production processes * Functional / technical skills * Integrity and trust in peer relationships * Time management **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation * Shift-based work schedule * Integration into a productive team At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual, and we empower people to reach their full potential in a winning culture driven by a powerful purpose.
