Physically demanding work and eagerness to learn. We are seeking a production technician for a concrete manufacturing plant in La Rioja. Main responsibilities will include concrete production and preparation, as well as handling prefabricated panels. To fulfill these duties, candidates must be able to operate molds and basic production machinery, ensuring proper fabrication of each component. It is essential to conduct visual quality control of the final product to verify that each piece meets required standards. Collaboration on general production area tasks is also required, always maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace. Physical stamina and initiative to learn new skills are highly valued. Working hours will follow a rotating shift schedule, with availability for both shifts, adapting to production requirements. A monthly contract will be offered, with the possibility of renewal and future permanent employment. Prior experience in industrial or production environments is valued. A forklift operator’s license is mandatory. The ability to perform physically demanding work is required. We seek a responsible, proactive individual eager to learn. A valid front-end forklift operator’s license and prior experience in the concrete prefabrication or construction sector are considered advantageous. Personal transportation is required for commuting.
