Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Quality Technician specialized in plastic injection, responsible for quality management, process oversight, and problem resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Nonconformance management and root cause analysis **Description:** ---------------- Talent Services (Castilla Group) is recruiting a **Quality Technician** for an industrial company in the automotive sector, specializing in plastic injection, located in the **Pamplona** area. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Quality management: Support in implementation and maintenance of the IATF 16949 standard * Processes: Monitoring and control of plastic injection processes * Automotive Quality tools: Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DFMEA, SPC, and MSA. * Problem resolution: Nonconformance management, root cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa), and corrective and preventive action plans. * Audits: Participation in internal and external audits (customers and certification bodies). * Customer and supplier management: Qualifications and quality monitoring of suppliers. * Metrology: Operation of measurement equipment (coordinate measuring machines, profilometers, gauges) **What do we offer?** * A stable professional project within a solid industrial company * Compensation commensurate with experience and competencies (indicative salary range: approximately EUR 33,000 – EUR 35,000 gross per year) * Working conditions: Monday to Friday schedule (flexible; start time between 08:00–09:00, end time at 17:00–18:00, with one hour for lunch) * Professional development: Opportunities for continuous training and a career development plan within the company. **What are we looking for?** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science degree, or equivalent. * Technical knowledge: Familiarity with engineering plastics (PP, PA, ABS, etc.) and typical injection molding defects (sink marks, weld lines, etc.). * Languages: English level B2, sufficient for technical communication. * IT skills: ERP systems and statistical and office software. * Competencies and skills: Analytical and problem-solving ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and proactivity.
