Training and mentoring chefs/assistants Work Location: French Alps. **Company:** Groupe ClubMed SAS **Position:** Pizzaiolo/a (Chef de Partie \- pizza specialty) for premium All-Inclusive resorts in France. **Duration:** 06/22/2026 to 10/25/2026 (approx. 126 days). Immediate start. **Environment:** 5-star resorts with multiple restaurants and conceptual gastronomic offerings. Working in multicultural teams and high-volume environments (600–1000 covers per service). ### **Main Responsibilities** * Independently manage the pizza station: dough preparation, fermentation timing, stretching, and baking. * Ensure high-quality production at scale without compromising texture or doneness. * Perform live cooking demonstrations for customers when required. * Strictly comply with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) at your station. * Train and mentor less experienced chefs/assistants. * Contribute to creating memorable gastronomic experiences. ### **Required Profile** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a pizzaiolo / Chef de Partie specializing in pizza. * Proficiency in dough handling and oven operation; experience serving large volumes. * Creative, organized, quick-thinking, and team-oriented. * Minimum conversational English (B1 level) for working in international teams. * **MANDATORY:** Valid European Union passport or valid European ID document. **IMPORTANT:** A Spanish NIE residence permit is NOT valid. ### **Main Conditions** * Seasonal employment contract (CDD Saisonnier), full-time hours. * Remuneration: €1400 net. * Accommodation included at the resort; meals included. * Travel expenses covered by the employer. * Access to resort facilities.
