The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. We offer: * 30-hour weekly schedule. * Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. * Start date: Summer (July). * Salary according to the collective catering agreement. * Temporary contract (substitution IT). * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered. Requirements * Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Management, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent. * Demonstrable experience in the hospitality, collective catering, restaurant, or related sectors. * Preference for 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. * Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. * Teamwork orientation. * Flexible availability.
