We are over 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, with a multicultural, startup-like culture that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and the creation of high-impact solutions for our clients. **We are looking for: DevOps Architect.** **Work Mode: Remote, with availability for meetings in Madrid.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Define, design, and evolve Cloud Native DevOps architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with corporate standards. * Lead the adoption of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices using tools such as GitHub/GitLab and Jenkins. * Design and optimize container-based environments, including orchestration and automation. * Implement and monitor observability solutions using Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana, ensuring end\-to\-end visibility and performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical guidelines, best practices, and DevOps architectural patterns. * Evaluate emerging technologies and propose continuous improvements to development, deployment, and monitoring processes. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or DevOps Architecture roles. * Solid experience with Cloud Native architectures and containerization tools. * Advanced knowledge of observability using Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana. * Proficiency in GitHub or GitLab and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. * Applied knowledge of quality and security analysis using tools such as Kiuwan. * Experience leading technical initiatives and working with development, QA, and operations teams. **Desirable:** * Experience designing architectures based on Kubernetes or other orchestrators. * Certifications in DevOps, Cloud, or related technologies. * Knowledge of microservices patterns and advanced automation. * Prior experience in technology organizations or digital transformation projects. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible work mode and remote work options * Personalized career path and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.) * Participation in stable projects with strong technical components * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance * Social benefits tailored to your needs We invite you to learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
