Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Technical Supervisor to organize construction activities, supervise execution, and ensure compliance with safety and management plans. Ensuring safety and quality in projects Construction Technical Supervisor (Cáceres) **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 1 Construction Technical Supervisor (Cáceres) in Cáceres. **Work Location** -------------------- * Cáceres **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize construction activities following instructions from the site manager. * Supervise construction execution through measurements, productivity calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the safety plan. * Monitor the management plan (quality). * Personnel and machinery control and coordination tasks on site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the supporting documents for the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Spanish Higher Vocational Training Cycle (Specialist Technician, FPII) qualification in the Agricultural field (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum six months of demonstrable prior experience in public-sector companies. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license. **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited basic-level (60-hour) course in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP). ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 day up to 1 year of experience in forestry work and nature conservation, including chainsaw and brush cutter operation. * From 1 day up to 1 year of experience in forest fire response. **Observations** ----------------- * + Temporary substitute contract with an estimated duration of 12 months, depending on the triggering event. + Full-time working hours.
