**Positions Available** ---------------------- 5 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation projects, is seeking to hire 5 Technical Supervisors \- Construction Works in Cáceres. **Workplace** -------------------- * Cáceres **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize construction site activities following instructions from the Site Manager. * Support supervision of construction execution, including measurements, productivity calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the Safety Plan. * Monitor implementation of the Management Plan (quality). * Personnel and machinery control and organization tasks on site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, supporting documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as requesting additional information from the CV whenever necessary to verify the requirements and/or merits specified in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Higher Technician (FPII) qualification in Agricultural Engineering, Building and Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Type B driving license, currently in force. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Certified training in Occupational Risk Prevention (to be certified and specified in the CV) ### **Prior Experience** * Between 1 and 5 years performing duties as a Construction Site Supervisor (to be certified and specified in the CV). * Between 1 and 5 years of experience in personnel and/or machinery control and organization on construction sites (to be certified and specified in the CV). * Between 1 and 5 years performing duties as a supervisor for public administration entities (to be certified and specified in the CV). **Observations** ----------------- * A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months is offered, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 12 months, if applicable. + Full-time working hours The application period will remain open from today, 12/08/2026, until 26/08/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
