




We are looking for staff to fill an administrative assistant position. Main responsibilities will include general administrative management, processing invoices, handling suppliers, preparing payrolls, and other related tasks. Requirements for this position include a degree in Economics or Business Administration, and at least two years of prior experience in similar administrative roles. A strong results orientation, proactivity, perseverance, and effectiveness in task execution will be highly valued. Solid communication skills, the ability to build and develop high-performance teams, and proficiency in decision-making are also important qualities. A level of English enabling fluent communication will be considered a plus. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of becoming a full-time permanent contract after successfully completing the initial period. Salary conditions will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
