We are seeking to hire a Housing Coordinator to lead the operational management of our housing units, ensuring their functionality, habitability, and sustainability, in line with our rights-based approach and our mission to eradicate homelessness. Main Responsibilities Housing Management * Monitor the condition of housing units and manage incidents. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Collaborate with public and private entities for housing management. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Coordinate construction works, renovations, and technical adaptations. * Coordinate management of service provider contracts (maintenance, cleaning, security). * Implement energy efficiency and sustainability measures. * Coordinate management of housing insurance policies. * Liaise with Property Owners’ Associations and neighbours. * Liaise with landlords, manage deposits, and rental invoices. Operational Management * Design and improve operational processes to optimise resources. * Monitor budgets and costs associated with housing units. * Prepare technical and monitoring reports. * Coordinate technical teams and collaborate with other organisational departments. What We Are Looking For * Minimum 1 year’s experience in infrastructure, housing, or operations management (experience in the Third Sector or social entities will be highly valued). * Knowledge of urban tenancy legislation, technical, urban planning, and habitability regulations. * Planning, organisational, and incident resolution skills. * Teamwork and interdepartmental communication abilities. * Social sensitivity and commitment to human rights and inclusion. * Experience using digital real estate tools will be valued. * Within the framework of our commitment to equal opportunities, candidates holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher will be positively considered.
