Job Summary: We are seeking a theater arts instructor with experience in theatrical pedagogy to develop theater programs and foster creative skills. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of theatrical performances at the end of the course At Nascor Formación, we are looking for a theater arts and theatrical pedagogy specialist: * Degree in Dramatic Arts, Spanish Philology with specialization in theater, or equivalent. * Additional training in body expression, stage techniques, improvisation, and theater direction is desirable. * Experience delivering theater workshops at cultural centers, associations, and popular universities is desirable. * Ability to work with children and adults, adapting activities to participants' skill levels. Responsibilities: \- Planning a progressive theater program adapted to both children's and adults' groups. \- Application of participatory methodologies: dramatic games, improvisation, body expression, and stage production. \- Development of communication skills, teamwork, and creativity. \- Preparation of theatrical performances at the end of the course, encouraging student motivation and commitment.
