




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional with experience in the socio-health sector to manage dependency files and coordinate services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Carry out administrative functions in the socio-health sector. 2. Manage dependency files and documentation for auxiliary staff. 3. Provide telephone and in-person assistance to users, family members, and professionals. We seek a professional with demonstrable experience in the socio-health sector to perform administrative duties. A thorough knowledge of regulations applicable to dependency care and experience coordinating home-based assistance services is essential. Job responsibilities will include managing and processing dependency files and related documentation for auxiliary staff. Telephone and in-person assistance will be provided to users, family members, and other professionals. Registration and updating of information in databases and computer systems, as well as preparation of reports and communications, will also be required. Supporting the management of social benefits and allowances, document control, and tracking of incidents will form part of daily tasks. A permanent part-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday. Remuneration will comply with the sector’s collective bargaining agreement.
