We are seeking a person responsible for the physical preparation of the club's players, taking charge of planning, implementing, and monitoring their physical conditioning tailored to each category and competitive level. Main responsibilities include designing and planning specific physical training programs for roller hockey, conducting an initial physical assessment and individualized performance monitoring, as well as managing training loads and preventing injuries. The required profile includes a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, advanced knowledge of exercise physiology and sports training, as well as in-depth understanding of the biomechanics of roller hockey and its physical demands. A temporary contract with flexible working hours and a salary of €15,876 is offered.
