This position is intended for individuals holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher. Main responsibilities include drafting, submitting, and monitoring projects; seeking funding; coordinating activities and resources; preparing reports and justifications; and evaluating results and impacts according to established objectives.
A university degree in Social Work, Social Education, or related fields is required, along with experience in social projects, employment, and socio-labor integration. Technical writing skills, office software proficiency, objective-based organization, and experience working with people with disabilities and social organizations are also valued. Familiarity with the Third Sector, proactivity, analytical and planning abilities, as well as communication skills, teamwork, and results orientation are essential.
Terms include a full-time temporary contract, salary according to collective agreement, and immediate start.
