Job Summary:
We are seeking a social educator to facilitate inclusive activities, organize workshops, and support the autonomy of participants with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitation of inclusive activities and organization of workshops.
2. Support for participants' autonomy and well-being.
3. Collaboration with organizations and technical teams.
A social educator with a disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher is required to work in Cáceres. Duties include planning and facilitating inclusive activities, organizing workshops and outings, supporting participants' autonomy and well-being, monitoring projects and documentation, coordinating with other organizations, collaborating with volunteers and technical teams, and carrying out awareness-raising and dissemination activities.
A university degree in Social Education or equivalent is required. Possession of a disability certificate is mandatory. Experience or interest in social intervention and disability, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, basic computer proficiency, planning ability, experience in inclusive leisure or sociocultural animation, knowledge of the third sector and social organizations, as well as creativity and initiative for group facilitation are valued.
