We are currently seeking a **Junior Construction Supervisor for High Voltage Projects**, to join our offices in **CÁCERES, BURGOS, PONFERRADA, and VALLADOLID**. ##### **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Coordination and monitoring of civil works and earthmoving activities at High Voltage Substations (field supervision). * Control, supervision, and decision-making to ensure proper execution of assigned projects according to established plans, fulfilling client requirements (installations for Red Eléctrica). * Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with deadlines, guaranteeing that executed works meet the quality standards specified in the project and property regulations. * Preparation of periodic reports and ongoing site monitoring. * Review and verification of contractor certifications. **What are we looking for?** * University degree in: Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, or Mining Engineering. * Previous experience in an engineering company performing any of the above-mentioned functions will be valued (desirable but not mandatory). * Must reside in Cáceres, Burgos, Ponferrada, Valladolid, or nearby areas. * Availability for travel and flexible working hours. * Proactivity, autonomy, and analytical skills. ##### **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Professional stability by joining a company in full expansion. * Intensive working day every Friday of the year and 3 days per week of intensive shifts during July and August (according to company policy). * Flexible working hours. **Ready to start your professional career in the sector?
